Hospice care is available for veterans who have terminal illness or disease with a diagnosis of six months or less to live. At Hospice of Hope, our team will work with you, your family, and your physician.
Hospice Care is part of the VHA Stand Medical Benefits Package. All enrolled Veterans are eligible if they meet the clinical need for hospice. Enrollment information is available on the Veterans Affair Health Benefits website. There are no Co-pays for Hospice Care whether it is provided by the VA or with Hospice of Hope.
